To add a new Clinical Site Agreement 

• Add > General > complete fields > Save 

To add yearly commitment data within a Clinical Site Agreement 

• Select Clinical Site Agreement > Edit > Yearly Commitments > Add 
• Complete data fields > Add 

To edit yearly commitment data within a Clinical Site Agreement 

• Select Clinical Site Agreement > Edit > Yearly Commitments > Select Yearly Commitment > Edit 
• Complete edits > Save
