COMCorps - How to Submit Activities

Overview

Each academic year, 23 members of COMCorps are required to log their participation in a variety of programs; Volunteer, Garden, Food, and Education. Participation is logged through the COMCorps portal built in Salesforce. 

Accessing the Portal and Logging In

The COMCorps Portal can be accessed at the following URL:  https://ouhcom.my.site.com/COMCorps/ERx_Forms__Portal_Login  .

Your username and password will be provided to you at the start of the program. 

Submitting COMCorps Activities

Once logged in, the below homepage will load. 

  • Select the "My COMCorps Activities" tab. 

The below page will load and you will be able to view any previously submitted activities or create a new one. Please take note of the submission guidelines. 

  • To create a new activity, select the " Create a new COMCorps Activity Record" button. 
  • Fill out the required fields notated in red. Depending on the type of form selected (Education, Food, Garden, Volunteer, or Great Story), other fields will appear. 
  • When finished, click the " Submit Activity" button. The activity will go read only once you click submit and you will not be able to make any changes.

  • You will be redirected to the "My COMCorps Activities" page to repeat the process as necessary.
