Viewing, understanding, and managing eMedley notifications and system emails

eMedley notifications and system generated emails are sent for different situations. Here is a breakdown of the notifications and system generated emails and how to manage your eMedley notifications. 

System notifications are created for the following reasons: 

• Announcements 
• A Homework has been created
• An evaluation has generated
• An evaluation reminder 
• Messages sent within educate LMS (not currently utilized)  

System generated emails are sent for the following reasons: 

• An evaluation for you to complete has generated 
• Available evaluation reminders 
• Messages sent within educate LMS (not currently utilized) 

Viewing and Managing System Notifications 

eMedley > Profile (name and date in upper right corner) 

• Notifications 

• Double click notification to view 
• Select notification > Actions 
  • Archive 
  • Mark All as Read 

• Use filter to view by status (inbox and/or archived) 

• Use search bar for keyword search

System Generated Emails

System generated emails can look like the following and are typically from mailer@mail.emedley.com.
