How to use view schedules using eMedley schedule reports

Using the schedules reports in eMedley to view student or preceptor schedules 

Availability of reports is dependent on eMedley access level. Some staff or faculty may not have access to these reports. 

eMedley > Intelligence > Schedule Reports 

or 

eMedley > Clinical > edusched > Schedule Reports 

Combined Schedules: Use the combined schedules report to view combined clinical and curriculum schedules 

• Complete filter as necessary selecting appropriate dates and student > Done 
• View combined schedule for student 
• Actions > Download as MS Excel 

Student Clinical Sites and Preceptors: Use the student clinical sites and preceptors report to view the clinical schedule with detailed preceptor and site information

• Complete filter as necessary selecting appropriate information > Apply
• View the student clinical sites and preceptors report 
• Actions > Export to CSV or Export to Excel 

Clinical Schedules: use the clinical schedules report to view clinical rotation details

• Complete filter as necessary selecting appropriate information > Done
• View the student clinical sites and preceptors report 
• Actions > Export to CSV or Export to Excel
