Sending eMedley preceptor portal links to clinical faculty 

Use these directions to send preceptors a link to their preceptor portal, which is how the preceptors access different areas of eMedley that they cannot access with just an evaluation link.

Administration > ekeeper > Mail Merge 

• Double-click Preceptor Portal Link

• Select Preceptors
• Select recipients
  • Use the search bar if needed to locate preceptors

• Update Contentif necessary

• Previewif necessary
• Click Send

• You will receive a notification email from eMedley once the mail merge has been completed

• The preceptor’s email will come from mailer@mail.emedley.com
