Operating expenses
Account balance – keep at $5000
5k – cover the fee
Relay – cover the fee
Fellowship – 10% of balance given to fellowship fund
Inter-chapter – 10% balance given to scholarship fund
Service – 5% balance given to service fund
Youth Service – 5% given to youth service fund
We will be voting on this proposal next week
