Hey Bros,
	I know we said the deadline to let J Board know if you're missing the 5k 
was this past Saturday but we haven't really mentioned it a whole lot at 
Chapter so we'll give you a few extra days. Please let us know ASAP by 
e-mailing the J Board account: aphio_jboard at yahoo.com. 
Make sure you also 
get a hold of Patty and Brendan to see how you can make up your hours.
