Hey Everyone! Want to learn how to make a difference for children in Africa? The Institute for the African Child Conference is this weekend (March 12-14)! Incase you forgot or missed the announcement at chapter the conference is a celebration of the 10 year anniversary for IAC. If you are looking to learn more about the situation or culture of Africa, learn how to get connected or even find an organization to work for this conference is for you! The conference will include films about Africa, presentations on the pressing issues facing Africa's Children, a performance by The African Children's Choir and much much more! If you are interested in learning more about working or volunteering in Africa the following NGOs and Nonprofits will be at the conference: Unicef, Save The Children, Jade Senegal, The Empower Campaign, Catholic Relief Services, Heda Resource Center, Heifer International, Zienzele Foundation.
