Hey everyone,

Just wanted to remind you all about the days that Empower needs help.  
We're REAAAALLLLLYYYYY in need of help tomorrow passing out flyers!!!!  
It's gong on from 10-4 at College Gate, Baker 4th Floor, and the top  
of Morton hill. It's a super easy way to earn a service hour or two!  
Pleeeeeaaassseeee help us out!!

We're also in need of volunteers on Oct. 7-9 from 1-4 pm at the  
registration tables in Baker and on the day of the actual 5K. All the
