Hey Bros!

I think this may be our first listserv email *ever*!? Woohoo! We just have a
few things we wanted to update you guys on:

First, don't forget about the round table discussion on *changing
families*and rush requirements tomorrow! We know a lot of people have
questions and
concerns about this so we really, really want your input! We want to hear
what everyone has to say so we can improve our chapter :) This discussion
will be held at 8:30 tomorrow, Wednesday, April 27th, in Copeland 112. If
you cannot be there and still want to give us feedback, please email us, the
ombudsmen or JP to share your concerns or questions!!

Second, we need everyone to send us a picture for the binder AND sign up on
the website for the membership picnic by* May 8th*!
-The membership picnic (which is May 22nd, 1-3 pm) is now on the website so
please sign up! We need to have an estimate of how many people are coming so
that we can decide how much food we need and distribute that among the
families!
-As far as pictures go, if you don't send us a picture, *we will find one *and
we can't promise it will be flattering. It is REALLY important for new
pledges next year to be able to see your face and associate that with the
info given in the binders. *One of our goals is to improve chapter
connectivity among the pledges and actives, but we cannot do this without
you guys!*
-The picture needs to be a clear close-up of your face so that we can
actually see who everyone is :)
-Send your pictures to our fabulous binder committee at * binders.aphiodeltagamma at gmail.com

So, May 8th is the day to remember!! Please do this stuff on time guys, we
really don't want to have to harass any of you with 40 emails or facebook
creep to find pictures! Thanks everyone! :)
