Chapter Minutes 12/2/12


President

   - Its been great being your president! Good luck on finals and have a
   great break!
   - Officer transition! Old and New execs please come to execs Tuesday 8pm
   Bentley 236, old execs if you have a binder for your position update and
   bring it for your successor! Its the last execs of the semester!


Ombudsmen

   - Question of the week: Any advice, suggestions, or words of
   encouragement for the new chairs?


J-Board

   - FInal round of elections! J-Board (1), Service Week (1), 5K (2),
   Fundraising (2)


Service

   - Sign ins please (preferably paper)
   - We need sign ins by dec 21st, after that the deactivation list will be
   sent to j-board
   - Weeklies, some will continue through finals
   - Blood drive wednesday dec 5th 1-7pm Baker 5th floor, must email
   Brianna to secure a time, look at the event on website to find email
   - Christmas Cards- write a card to send to a little boy in Kentucky with
   Cystic Fibrosis
   - ATCO Fun Day- December 12th 9-11am
   - UCM Free Meals- Thursdays and Saturdays, finals-break, sign up if you
   want to earn hours over break
   - If has been a pleasure being your service chairs! Thank you all so
   much!


Membership

   - Initiation!!! This friday 8pm in Walter 135, this is a mandatory event
   for all, dress business professional!


Fellowship

   - Cookie Decorating in Baker 12/5
   - Holiday Party! Sign ups close and lock tomorrow, need exact number so
   we can buy food
   - Study table 12/6
   - White Elephant Gift Party 12/6- Bring something from your house and
   trade! Be creative to make it fun!
   - Easton Trip 12/8
   - How the Grinch Stole Christmas 12/8
   - Or any of the many family events!
   - Homecoming Sweatshirts... still
   - Will have a complete list of who still needs to get them and how many
   extra we will have at initiation
   - If you ordered it, you pay for it
   - Pledges can get your sweatshirts at initiation, bring your money
   - Missing Sign-ins, turn them in!
   - Reminder: if you do not complete your fellowship hours you will be put
   on probation with the chapter, we don’t want to do that! Go hang out with
   your brothers!
   - If you are having trouble and will not be able to complete your hours
   please contact us asap
   - Thank you for letting me serve you as your fellowship co-chair -Ashley
   - Good luck seniors! We love you!


Historian

   - Don’t forget to send pictures of service and fellowship to the
   historian account or text mike!


Relay

   - Carol-grams... HELP!
   - People who ordered one: please remember to send us the details
   - If anyone knows who brought a carol-gram for Megan Kelley please see us
   - I’ve been getting a lot of emails sent to my personal account.... stop
   it


Faculty Pageant

   - Sign up for the t-shirt (on january 20th) we created the design and
   will email it out


Youth Service

   - Santa Tree- I need your gifts tonight! Shopping tomorrow, wrapping
   thursday
   - Calliope- Every other Monday 5:45-8:30, email the youth service account


Inter-Chapter

   - Roll Call Video at the end of chapter! WOO!!!
   - Committee meeting!


Awards

   - Happy Birthday to Mackenzie Hood, Carly Damman, and everyone with
   birthdays over break! Emily Antonides, Natalie Hanna, Kierra Westmoreland,
   Brady Smock, Emily Young, Mallory Renner, Emma Jensen, Katja Slatinsek,
