Val- Pack Val’s car, winter items for families

President:

-Office hours Wednesday 1pm at West 82



Ombudsman

-Question of the week: What were your favorite service week events?

-Theme for next week: favorite sports team



JBoard

-Elections

-Office hours Monday 5:30 Grover café



Treasurer

-Dues are $70 tonight, I am not here so my committee will be collecting
tonight

-If you are on a payment plan do not pay tonight! Text me meet up with me
dring the week or save your money until next Sunday



Service

-We are sorry about Cardboard Castle

-Working on finding/creating more events for you all

-Weeklies are up

-Events this week with openings still: Pumpkin Roll 5k

-Lots more events on the website

-do you know of an area in Athens that needs cleaning up? Let us know

-make sure you signing in with the name that you have on the website

-we have recently had several events with no one signed up for them, please
do not leave getting your hours until the last minute

-If you are have schedule conflicts, find time or come talk to us

-rollover limit for mandatory event is 4 hours, unless it is fundraising
which has no limit



Membership

-Thanksgiving dinner this Wednesday at 6:30, family events to make food, if
you are making a turkey I will be contacting you tomorrow

-History Night- Thursday November 20th at 7pm in Walter 135, mandatory,
actives Casual Dress and pledges business casual

-Signature party Tuesday at 3 in Grover W255



Fellowship

-Thanskgiving dinner family events

-make sure you are meeting somewhere for an event, you find the entire
group and turn in only 1 sign in

-We’ll be contacting Skyzone this week



Historian

-One person sent in a picture for picture of the week…. You can get a $25
gift card



Fundraising

-Hot Dog Sales on November 15th, hours for tabling and for making them

-small and medium shirts

-bdubs tomorrow, save receipts



Youth Service

-pop tabs and box tops

-calliope volunteers for tomorrow, meet me at the end of chapter

-events are just like regular service events, if the sign ins lock that
means you have to go or will be docked if you don’t have someone to replace
you

-please only email my personal email if its an emergency

-go sign up for West Elementary library helpers!!



5k

-Give us insomnia receipts

-get your tshirts



Service Week

-we are still missing sign ins from: November 3 Random acts of kindness,
Good works November 6th at 1, LGBT international coffee hour, Garden work
day, Pumpkin festival

-otherwise all hours should be posted

-anyone have boxes we can have? Medium or large?

-thank you guys for all your hard work last week!

-If you were docked and shouldn’t have been let us know



Interchapter
