[Aphio-L] J-Board Changes

Hey guys,
In two weeks (February 1st) we will have a vote about a change in the terms
of J-Board. We will talk about this during the next chapter. The change
would be overlapping terms so that there is always a J-Board member with a
semester of experience. This would be beneficial in times such as dealing
with Committee assignments and end of semester probation reports. Kevin has
agreed to take a shortened term that will end this semester if the chapter
approves this change.
