[Aphio-L] Bid Day Time Correction

The email that was just sent out said that Bid Day was at 2PM (30 minutes
ago, you're all late) but that information is FALSE. Bid Day is at 4PM so
show up around 3:45PM. Awkward. Have a good day friends!
