Hey everyoneeee,
I am sending another informational email about everything that's going on
with elections and some important deadlines.

*Committees*
Please sign up with your top 3 preferences of committees by 1/28. After
this date, I will randomly assign those who did not sign up. Also remember,
interview committee has a separate process, and you must contact Membership
to be on that committee.

*Status Requests*
I am still accepting status requests, such as Associate, Early Alum, and
Abroad. Please sign up on the website by 1/28 if you wish to change your
status. Those wishing to go associate must additionally send an email
listing their reduced requirements to saa.aphiodeltagamma at gmail.com. 
After
1/28 I will not be accepting any more status changes.

*Grades*
Please email saa.aphiodeltagamma at gmail.com 
with the correct screenshot of
your GPA, as shown in the Policies and Procedures Manual. If you do not
send in your GPA by the 28th, you will be on academic probation until you
do so.

*NEW! Risk Management Incident Report*
If you would like to report any violations of risk management, please go to
the incident report, linked on the Facebook page.

*Elections*
On Monday, 1/16 at Chapter, I will be holding nominations for 1
Councilperson, 1 Pledge Educator, and 1 Ombudsman. These positions will be
elected the following week (1/22).
At the first chapter, I will hold elections for:
2 Sectional Chairs: Sarah Reardon and Rachel Nagy
2 Council Members: Mallory Walsh and Libby Wertz
1 Service Chair: Caroline Fitzpatrick
1 NSEC: Erica Custer

Please come to chapter and cast your vote for these important executive
positions. All actives who pledged last semester are eligible for
nominations, so if you are interested, please contact that position for
more information. We need these positions filled ASAP Rocky.

was awesome, and can't wait to see all of my bros at chapter on Monday!
