*Conference Reminders:*

   - A RSAC or NSAC rep will host the majority of the online fellowship and
   service block hours. The activities will be hosted live over zoom so
   everyone can participate together.
   - Only 2 service projects require materials at home, which is the dog
   toy making service hour and the card making service hour. You will need old
   t-shirts or paper/pens that you can craft with.
   - If you haven't registered your chapter's voting delegates yet with
   your Section Chairs, please email them ASAP this week. Make sure they are
   forwarded this email as well.
   - If any graduating seniors or alumni are interested in running for
   Section Chair, please have them email me ASAP to receive the guide for
   virtual elections.

*Information for Voting Delegates: *

   - Chapters should elect 2 voting delegates for this virtual conference
   (or a single delegate can cast two votes for the chapter).
   - You only need to attend your individual section business meeting.
   - The meetings will include section announcements, a Section Chair
   election, and an annual Budget review/discussion. As of now, there are no
   policy reviews scheduled.
   - All of our sections except H5 are hosting their annual awards
   programs. Please check in with your Section Chairs about nominations and
   voting for those.
   - If a SC election is contested, we will send out an electronic ballot
   for voting delegates to cast during the live meeting. You must be in
   attendance to cast a vote.
