We will have ballots printed for actives tonight but we will need each of you to bring something to write with. We will have 3 options on the ballot Sarah Bell, Jack Cummings, no vote (which means you do not want to vote for either candidate and will let the rest of the chapter decided). We will be keeping track of how many active brothers are at chapter tonight. Last week we had less people vote than the number of actives at chapter so please vote this week. Below you will find the procedures for tonight as well as the adjusted elections schedule.

1) We have read through all of the questions and chosen the most relevant questions for tonight. Each candidate will have 1 minute and 30 seconds to answer each question.

4) Once all of the questions have been answered we will then have a comment period open to the chapter to discuss both candidates in relations to each other on the position. Comments will be about why you believe person X should be voted for instead of person Y and these have to be relevant to the elections. We will not accept comments that are irrelevant. For example, we need to have more constructive comments on how they can run or improve the position instead of personal connections and feelings towards either person.

5) Only actives can vote. This means that alumni or pledges at chapter tonight, if you choose to come, will need to sit in the back.
