Greetings NCACES Colleagues!

October 14-16th is soon approaching and we'll be gathering in Itasca, IL for the 2010 NCACES Conference!!

A few quick items of interest...the hotel has indicated that they are close to capacity for those days beyond the block of rooms for our conference, however they are willing to work with individuals who registered to stay at the hotel, but may have not received the "room type" they desired (king, double, etc). If you fall in this category, you may contact Autumn Walters at 630-775-1398. The block of rooms for our group ends 9/29/2010 so please visit... Secondly, in regards to Transportation...If arriving via air at O'Hare...Be sure to arrange for a SUBURBAN taxi at the baggage claim area.  There is a kiosk that you can use to call a cab.  The hotel recommends American taxi as they negotiated a rate of $24.00 each way with them for this event.  All other suburban taxis shouldn't run more than $26 each way if American Taxi is full.  The hotel had problems with many downtown cab companies giving their guests a hard time and charge upwards of $80+ each way!!!
