Position:  Assistant Professor of Counselor Education, Rehabilitation Counseling (Tenure Track)

Qualifications:
• Earned doctorate in Counselor Education with specialty preparation in rehabilitation counseling
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certification

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in teaching as a faculty member, graduate teaching assistant, or doctoral intern within a counselor education program
• Broad-based experience serving varied populations of persons with disabilities
• Experience with distance learning delivery systems

Responsibilities:
• Teach graduate courses in both rehabilitation education and general counselor education curriculum
• Develop and pursue a sustained research agenda resulting in publications and external funding
• Coordinate and recruit for the master’s track in Rehabilitation Counseling
• Participate in program initiatives and faculty decisions
