The NBCC Foundation scholarship program is designed to increase the availability of counselors in underserved areas, with the current priority areas of rural and military communities. The rural scholarship increases access to needed counseling services in remote areas, and the military scholarship encourages counselors with military experience to continue serving our nation's finest. Five rural scholarships and five military scholarships are available in the amount of $3,000 each. You may apply for both scholarships, if applicable; however, only one scholarship can be awarded to you while you are pursuing a counseling education. The Foundation is incredibly proud to support these individuals and is confident that they will make a difference for the population they've committed to serve.
