Human Services Education - Assistant or Associate Professor 
 
Tenure-Track.  Begins Spring, 2013.  Duties will include teaching a variety of undergraduate human services courses, advising students, recruiting students, producing scholarly materials, securing external funding, and rendering service to the program, institute, university, human services profession, and community.  Doctorate in a human services-related degree program required.  Prefer full-time university teaching experience in human services related field, professional identity as a human services professional, experience with use of technology, and program evaluation and scholarship experience. Excellence in teaching and research is required for appointment at the Associate Professor level. ODU is a metropolitan research university with a diverse student body and faculty and is focused on community engagement.  Application review will begin August 1 and will continue until position is filled.
