Job Description 
The DRS Field Rehabilitation Services Division assists individuals with disabilities to make informed choices that will maximize their employment through coordinated service delivery. In collaboration with the Workforce Network, we deliver quality workforce services to individuals with disabilities who want to work and employers seeking to hire them. 

This position provides comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services which result in employment and enhanced independent living for persons with disabilities while complying with federal, state, and agency policy and procedures. In partnership with persons with disabilities, this position will develop employment focused, goal oriented plans and coordinate the related services necessary for a person to become successfully employed. Core vocational case management services may include guidance and counseling, training, physical/mental restoration, and job placement services.   
Minimum Qualifications 
Experience with the principles and practices of vocational service delivery to youth and adults with disabilities. Considerable experience interviewing, evaluating, and counseling individuals with disabilities. Considerable experience with Caseload Management and Case Documentation. Working knowledge of ADA compliance requirements. Working knowledge of Windows based computer software. 

Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or closely related field or current CRC credential required.   
Preferred Qualifications 
Knowledge of the local job market and potential employers. Considerable knowledge of local resources and networks. Demonstrated ability to creatively partner with other community organizations.
