The University of Akron invites applicants for the position of Visiting Professor in Marriage and Family Therapy for our dually accredited (COAMFTE/CACREP) master's program and doctoral track in Marriage and Family Therapy, in the Department of Counseling, within the College of Education.

DUTIES: Supervise master's and doctoral students in the Department Clinic. Teach clinical and didactic core courses in the marriage and family therapy master's program and doctoral track.

QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed or license-eligible as an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Ohio, be a clinical member of AAMFT and have the ability to obtain AAMFT Approved Supervisor status. ABDs and persons with a PhD/PhD track in Marriage and Family Therapy will be considered.
