Ashland Theological Seminary invites applications for a tenure-track position (open rank) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, to begin September 1, 2013. The appointment will involve teaching graduate counseling classes and research in the candidate's areas of interest and expertise. It is expected that the candidate will have completed a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP accredited institution. Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Professional Counselor or Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio, a history of membership and participation in relevant professional counseling organizations, and a demonstrated history of, or potential for, scholarly productivity are also required. Candidates should be competent in integrating clinical training with a Christian worldview and demonstrate commitment to an active, personal vision of faith and life, servant leadership in the church and world, and team ministry.
