> The nomination period for 2013-2014 OACES officers is now open. Please feel free to self-nominate or to nominate someone else. If you wish to nominate someone else, please check with her or him first to ensure interest in the position. 
> There are three offices for which nominations may be made:  President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer. Only regular members may serve in the role of President-Elect. All OACES members are eligible for the offices of Secretary and Treasurer. The Bylaws define the roles of these three officers as such: 
> The President-Elect. The President-Elect shall serve as President at all Association or Executive 
> Council meetings in the absence of the President. The President-Elect shall succeed to the presidency at 
> the expiration of the term as President-Elect.

> The Secretary. The Secretary shall keep the records of the current activities of the Association and the
