Position # 1: Assistant Clinical Faculty / Director of the Community Life Center This is a tenure-track, 9-month Clinical Faculty position with the possibility of additional summer teaching opportunities. This position requires that the Director be on site during CLC hours of operation. This position will serve as lead clinician with oversight and responsibility for all clinical interactions at the CLC (the graduate counseling program’s on-campus training facility). This includes: providing on-site clinical supervision to students at the CLC; providing oversight to the part-time clinicians; consulting with faculty on issues relevant to clinical training; providing recommendations for student who may need remediation for clinical skill development; crisis intervention for CLC clients; assisting students in providing referral services to outside therapists, clinics, and treatment facilities; maintaining accurate records; engaging in outcomes assessment with individual clients and center goals; and teaching one clinical course each semester (fall, spring). Position # 2: Tenure-Track Faculty This is a 9-month tenure-track faculty position with the possibility of additional summer teaching. Full-time Graduate School faculty members typically will teach 3 graduate courses per semester. This position includes teaching graduate courses in Counseling; advising and mentoring counseling students; providing clinical supervision to practicum and internship students; and participating in departmental and university committees.
