Job Purpose The Director of Clinical Services reports to the Executive Director, serves as a member of the Administrative Team, and is responsible for the oversight of all statewide treatment services provided to children and families. This position will be based out of our St. Louisville, OH Corporate Office. This is a fulltime, salaried exempt position. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with 24/7 on-call backup responsibility. Essential Functions 1. Oversee and supervise staff. Will train, direct daily activities, discipline and develop the staff to ensure accurate and timely customer service, service delivery and conformance with regulations and policies. 2. Responsible for implementation compliance, monitoring, and evaluation of all relevant ODJFS policies and procedures with regard to Title IV-E Treatment Foster Care case management and all ODMH, CARF and CMS policies and procedures for Medicaid-eligible Community Mental Health Services. 3. Assists in monitoring, implementing and evaluating the agency’s quality improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work and must be licensed as a LISW-S or PCC-S in Ohio. Two years of clinical experience working with children and families in the foster care system and/or two years of mental health supervisory experience preferred. Clean criminal and driving records, reliable transportation and auto insurance with $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability also required.
