 3 Tenure-track Assistant Professor Positions                      
  
 The Department of Disability and Addiction Rehabilitation at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire three tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor rank.  Two positions will have an emphasis on substance use and/or behavioral health disorders.   One position will have an emphasis on employment and/or transition services. 
  
 Qualifications
 Ph.D. or ABD in Rehabilitation Counseling, Rehabilitation Psychology, or related area with a strong research agenda and potential to attract external funding. 
 Must be a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or CRC eligible. 
  
 Preferred Qualifications
 Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC eligible and/or Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or LCDC eligible. 
 Evidence of experience and commitment to excellence in higher education teaching including use of current technology.
  
 Responsibilities
 Tenure-track appointment with academic responsibilities for teaching, research, and service.  Heavy emphasis on federally-funded research.

 The Rehabilitation Counseling graduate program is currently ranked by U.S. World News Report 15th in the nation.  Both the graduate and undergraduate programs are CORE accredited and include on-line courses as well as traditional face-to-face classes.
