CRCC relies on the expertise of certified professionals in the field of rehabilitation counseling to develop new items for the Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) examination. Participants not only lend their expertise to the profession and to CRCC, but also gain a wealth of knowledge with regard to the item writing process and are able to network with other professionals in the field. > > The next Item Writing Workshop is scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2015 through Saturday, October 17, 2015 and will be held in Schaumburg, Illinois. It is a two and one-half day Workshop. Participants will be required to arrive on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 and depart on Saturday, October 17, 2015 after 3:00 p.m. > > CRCC provides the following for participation in the Item Writing Workshop: > Hotel accommodations will be made for participants for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights at the expense of CRCC; > Meals will be reimbursed in accordance with CRCC's reimbursement policy; > Economy class air transportation will be provided to and from your nearest airport to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport at the expense of CRCC; and > 18 hours of continuing education credits will be granted to each participant.
