Sincerely, Marilyn Cornish, Auburn University Pei-Chun Tsai, Radford University "Counseling Trainee Responses to Clinical Regrets" Dear counseling trainee, We are conducting an online questionnaire study assessing counseling trainee's responses to clinical regrets. We would greatly appreciate your participation in this study. In order to participate, you must: 1) Be at least 19 years old; 2) Be enrolled in a masters or doctoral counseling-related training program; 3) Be currently completing a practicum, assistantship, or internship that involves the provision of individual counseling services; 4) Be able to identify a clinical regret that occurred in the last month with an individual counseling client, which you are willing to briefly write about and respond to questions about. By clinical regret, we mean a specific event or short series of events regarding a client that includes actions or inactions on your part that you wish had not happened as they did. If you meet these eligibility requirements and are interested in participating, you may click on the link below to read the letter of informed consent and participate. You may also forward this email to others you believe would be eligible and interested in participating. It is expected that the survey will take 20-25 minutes to complete.
