My dissertation research is under the direction of Dr. Richard. S. Balkin in the School of Education at The University of Mississippi. The purpose of this research is to understand the intra-cultural influences of tolerance of ambiguity and status identity on feedback-seeking behavior among graduate counselors in training in clinical supervision. The anonymous survey should only take about 15 to 20  minutes and is conducted completely online. Please enter your email address if you want to win a $20 Amazon gift card.
