Ranthony Edmonds and Francis Su care deeply about mathematics and about how students learn. * Dr. Edmonds is the Ross Assistant Professor of Mathematics at The Ohio State University. Edmonds is co-developer of the OSU course Intersections of Mathematics and Society: Hidden Figures, which explores diversity and inclusion in mathematical communities. Her career mission is to increase access to mathematics for Black Americans and members of other traditionally underrepresented groups in mathematical sciences and to educate future STEM leaders who recognize that service is central to science. * Dr. Su is the Benediktsson-Karwa Professor of Mathematics at Harvey Mudd College and a former president of the Mathematical Association of America. Su has won national awards for his teaching and writing. He believes every person is a "math person." His book Mathematics for Human Flourishing-winner of the 2021 Euler Book Prize-is an inclusive vision of what math should be.
