Dear Dr. Robinson,

I am a doctoral candidate writing to you because I am conducting a quantitative study with a survey design and I am struggling to recruit the number of participants I need. I am wondering if you would please consider forwarding the survey invitation below to master’s students enrolled in practicum or internship at Ohio University’s CACREP accredited counselor education program?

The anonymous online survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. In appreciation for their time, students may select a $5 Amazon.com gift voucher (sent the same day if the survey is received by 5p MT, otherwise sent the next day), or they may request to be entered into a prize draw for a 1 in 20 chance of winning a $100 Amazon.com gift voucher.

The purpose of this study is to explore factors related to feedback that may impact the supervisory relationship (Idaho State University IRB approved).

•    Enrolled in practicum or internship
•    Participated in at least eight (8) individual and/or triadic clinical supervision sessions with the same current or recent (within the last six months) supervisor
