I am reaching out in the hopes you can pass our School Counselor Educator position to your current doctoral students with a school counseling background slated to graduate by May/August 2024 and to your alumni with a school counseling background.  We are looking for a passionate school counselor colleague to join our team.

Requirements:

  *   Doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision, preferably from a CACREP accredited program. ABDs with an established timeline to graduate by Fall 2025 will be considered;
  *   Experience teaching school counseling courses;
  *   School counseling and supervisory experience;
  *   Eligibility for certification as a school counselor in Connecticut;
  *   A commitment to excellence in graduate teaching
  *   Knowledge of CACREP standards and process. (See application requirements)
  *   Willingness to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred:

  *   Licensed professional counselor or license-eligible in the state of Connecticut.
