outstanding&nbsp;service as&nbsp;the Director of the LGBTQ Resource Office. The
Resource Office provides&nbsp;services and programs to
support&nbsp;educational, social and developmental&nbsp;needs of lesbian, gay,
bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning&nbsp;students&nbsp;on the UIS
campus. The Director will be an active service&nbsp;provider, will supervise
staff and office operations and act as&nbsp;a&nbsp;resource, consultant, and
liaison to the campus community. Requirements&nbsp;include: a Master&#8217;s Degree
with three to&nbsp;five years of full time&nbsp;professional experience in
higher education working with programs for&nbsp;lesbian, gay,
bisexual,&nbsp;transgender, queer and questioning students,&nbsp;experience in
crisis response, and an in-depth understanding of LGBTQ&nbsp;&nbsp;issues and
their intersection with other aspects of identity including&nbsp;race/ethnicity,
