The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-aware professional who shares our faculty commitment to prepare highly-qualified mental health professionals for collaborative work in schools, agencies and other applied settings. </span><br><span></span><br><span>Qualified applicants will have (1) a doctorate in Counselor Education or Counseling (ABD candidates will be considered); (2) experience as a school or mental health counselor; and (3) New York State certification and/or licensure eligible. Candidates with a doctorate in School Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or other related disciple may be considered.</span><br><span></span><br><span>The Graduate Division of Counseling and School Psychology offers graduate programs leading to NY State certification as a School Counselor and NY State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, as well as state- and national-certification as a School Psychologist, and NYS licensed Psychologist.
