Dear all,
 
A very nice three-room house will be available from September for the coming academic year. The rent is 275/month, and the utilities (water/trash, electricity, gas, Internet and cable) costing about 100. The house is newly decorated, with all the stuff being brand new (central air contioner, washer/dryer, fridge, stove/baker, carpet, floor, etc). Highly recommended nice landlord. The house is located on 11 Miller Street, about 10 min walk to the Court Street and Main Campus area, 5 min walk to Commons and Garden areas.
