 I am subleasing my room in a two-bedroom house. It is in 23 Clarke ST. walking distance to the campus.

 I only ask for $220 per month including high-speed internet. I will leave my furniture there including 
 brand new twin-size bed sets, desks, chairs, closet. 

 The price and moving date is negotiable .
