Hi,My landlady has two rooms with shared bath for rent. You can either rent
them as a suite(preferred), or rent one of the them.
The small room is 340/month,  the bigger one is 400/month.
Rooms are furnished, all utility fees included. The design and decoration
are very artistic.
If you want to rent two rooms, the rent can be cheaper. You can negotiate
with the landlady.

房东要出租一个大house里的两间，两间相连，共用卫生间。你可以一起租两间或其中任意一间。较小的一间房租340/月，大的一间400/月，所有的费用全包�Proxy-Connection:

��行到校园10分钟左右，很方便。家具齐全，可以用房东的锅碗瓢盆。如果一起租两间的话，房租会便宜很多。具体价钱可以跟房东商量。
