Hi all,

I¡¯m looking for a roommate starting from the end of next quarter (in April.) I¡¯m
a first-year Ph.D. candidate in English Department. I currently live in
Monticello Village, a community near Carriage Hill. I like the place I stay now,
for the neighborhood is clean, nice, pretty, and quiet. The apartment is in good
condition as well. And the community manager is a nice lady. Monthly rent here
(per person) is about $350 including utilities except from electricity. Internet
and electricity takes around $50 in all per month (per person), a bit higher in
winter. There should be a bus stop 5 minutes walk away. It takes about 30
minutes¡¯ nice walk to the center of the campus. I¡¯m not sure c/z I usually
