[Cssa-L] 2010-2011 OHIO-CSSA Election of Presidency

Dear all,



I am Zhang, Weijia, the president of OHIO-CSSA in 2009-2010. Every year CSSA
will hold its annual event Middle-Autumn Festival. At the event, the
election for CSSA Presidency of 2010 and 2011 will commence.

OHIO-CSSA shall have *two Co-Presidents* for the term 2010-2011. One will be
elected from eligible *undergraduate* students and the other will be elected
from eligible *graduate *students or scholars.

There are some requirements to become presidents of OHIO-CSSA:

1. *Full Time* Registered at Ohio University: the 2010-2011 OHIO-CSSA
Co-President Candidates must be a current full-time registered students or
scholars. The candidate must enroll at least another academic/work year at
Ohio University until Sept. 2011 and do not have any record suggesting
failure or quit of school/job.

2. *Culture Background*: the 2010-11 OHIO-CSSA Co-President Candidates must
have Chinese culture background, and fluently speak both English and
Chinese.

3. *Prior experience*: the 2010-11 OHIO-CSSA Co-President Candidates must
have enough prior experience to serve in student/public organization.

 4. *Leadership*: the 2010-11 OHIO-CSSA Co-President Candidates must be able
to develop and lead the 2010-2011 OHIO-CSSA committees, and to host
OHIO-CSSA service and events. The candidate must also take the
responsibility to mentor other members for the continuity of OHIO-CSSA.

5*.Great Passion*: The 2010-11 OHIO-CSSA Co-President Candidates must have
passion to serve the Chinese students and scholars at Ohio University and
work together with CSSAs from other universities in Ohio area to serve the
Chinese community in Greater Ohio area.



For all candidates:

You need to recruit your own treasure, secretary, and Webmaster before the
Middle-Autumn Festival

You can either run for one position or make a team to run for both
Co-presidents.

You will start work with current executives whenever you decide to run for
the position.


*Also four Vice-presidents positions are open for all eligible students and
scholars, which are **logistics, culture, publicity, and sports &
recreation.*
