Hi everyone:
 
 
My friend has a room in a two bedroom appartment in carrige hill to sublease starting from this December to Aug 2011. His roommate is a quiet and easygoing graduate  male student. The rent of the room is 316 /month including everything except electricity ( round 10 dollars/month).  And there  some stuff to sell:

2 tables                               8 dollars
queen size mattress             25
