Dear all,

Two rooms in a 3-bedroom 2-bath apartment are available from November to the
next June. This apartment is located at Monticello Village, in a peaceful
and quiet neighborhood not far from school. This apartment comes with a
spacious living room, a dining room, two full bathrooms and many closets.

I hope someone can take both rooms, but you are also welcomed to take only
one room. The monthly rent is 275/room + utilities. The rents for November
and December are only 225/room + utilities.
