Sorry to bother those who have no interest, or who have seen this note

As you already may have heard, the H-1B cap for fiscal year 2012 has been
reached. That means that many people who want to work in H-1B status will
have to wait until October 1, 2012 to do so, because at that time (i.e. a
new fiscal year for the U.S. government), another quota of H-1B approvals
becomes available.

However, certain people need not wait until October 1, that is, they might
