EMBARRASSING, testing wasn't thorough enough.

Just in case you've downloaded, installed and started to "play" with  Knowledge 
NoteBook a  bit...
here's a bit of new info,

If you get yourself into a  situation where you are  unable to add a  (new) 
note, 

simply launching URL, http://127.0.0.1:8600/knb2/fancyNote.cfm 
would  resolve it . 

This new release was slightly different  from previous ones and my testing 
wasn't 

thorough enough.  But other  functions have been in use for quite some time...

Hi all,

A Learning Assessment Engine may be of interest to you.  
In a nutshell, with professor/instructor's cooperation, a student is now able to 


assess his/her learning of a topic/lecture at a click of a button.  It's for 
qualitative subjects including Management, Marketing, Communication etc. http://www.knowledgenotebook.com/ 
It's released two days ago.

FYI, after installing the software please uncheck the "Hub View" option via 
Settings.  

It's not designed for testing similar data with the default UI in case you 
simply want to test it out. 

For normal use you don't need to change the default setting but feel free to 
play with it.

I  spent about 40 minutes to have it installed and tried. The overall  design 
looks very good. I think this will be a very useful tool for  students.
