Hello,

I'm going to sublease one of my rooms in *Wolfe St. Apt*, which is located
right on campus and close to the library.  It is very convenient for those
who don't have a car.  This is a very nice room, well furnitured, and I also
like to share the utensil in the kitchen.  You're welcome to come and see if
you like it before you decide rent it or not.  If you're interested, please

Before you contact me, make sure you meet the following requirements:
1. Female;
2. Graduate Student;
3. Quiet and Clean;
4. Non-Smoker & No Drink;
5. No Parties;
6. Sublease at least ONE YEAR.
