Two rooms in a three-bedroom-apartment available from June 15th to late
August. Both rooms are spacious, facing south with sufficient sun light and
great view. Monthly rent is around $293 per person including water. Parking
is free and the rooms will be thoroughly cleaned before moving in. The
apartment locates in Monticello village near Richland Ave; 5 minutes drive
to campus, 15 minutes walk to the bus station. Ideal for those who own cars.
The rooms have no furniture, but there are daily needs (microwave, fridge,
