A two bedroom apartment will be available on roughly around June 1st. This
non smoking, no pets apartment is located in Carriage Hill Phase I, a very
quiet environment.



The rent is unbeatable $705 per month (comparing with the $870 from rental
office for one year lease) including everything except electricity. Free
Wi-fi, standard cable, trash, water, maintenance and off-street parking.
This price is promotional price and will last 1 year since June 1st 2011.
