Hi everyone,

I'm going to Germany as an exchange student for about 7 months. Hope to
sublease my room on an 8th floor in Riverpark (with elevator) from Sept to
next April. It has a great view and within 10 min of walking to campus.
It's a four-room apartment and my 3 other roommates are the nicest,
cleanest, and most generous people in the world! The monthly rent is $349
and utility is about $20 or so. The only problem will be the slopes, just
like other locations in this hilly Athens. But it's good for exercise!
