Hi, there,

Because of my internship, I would like to sublease my spacial room in a nice house asap.

The room is about 350 SpFt, clean and have its own toliet. The house is 
modern, has four bedrooms but only three people now. It has garage, 
washer and dryer. Utilities is about 50/Mon. The house is non smoking 
and non pet. Thank you!

It is close to campus, about five minutes drive. Close to Richland Ave, C&E Market and many restaurants.
